For residents
Estate life without the group chat, and a housing record that is yours
The everyday things — visitors, bills, faults, notices — in one place. And underneath them, a record of where you have lived and how you have paid that does not disappear when you move out.
Every day
What you actually use it for
What your estate has turned on decides what you see. The resident app is where all of it lives.
Invite visitors before they arrive
Create a pass with a validity window and send the code. The gate can verify it without calling you at the barrier.
See what you owe and pay it
Service charges, levies and utility bills for your unit, with the period they cover and a receipt you keep.
Report a fault and follow it
Send a photo and a location, then watch the status change instead of asking the office for an update.
Get estate announcements
Notices and emergency communication reach you directly, rather than scrolling past in a group chat.
Keep tenancy documents together
Your lease and payment evidence stay attached to the home they belong to, in private storage.
Built for the phone
The resident experience is a dedicated mobile app, not a desktop portal squeezed onto a small screen.

Your record
Every home you have lived in, in one place
Each residence keeps its period, its documents and its payment record — and each one carries the source that backs it up, so a landlord reading it later can tell what was independently confirmed and what you simply told us.
- Add homes you lived in before joining, and strengthen them with evidence over time
- Keep leases and receipts attached to the tenancy they belong to
- See which records are verified and which are still just your word
- Share a summary with a prospective landlord when you choose to — and withdraw it
Your data
What we do and do not do with your history
This only works if residents trust it, so the boundaries are worth stating plainly.
Your estate does not own your history
An estate sees what it needs to run the estate. Leaving does not delete the record of having lived there, and joining does not hand a new estate your history elsewhere.
Sharing is your decision
A shared summary is created by you, aimed at a specific recipient, and can be withdrawn. Nothing is broadcast by default.
Your rent is not sold on
Rental payment data is not shared with credit bureaus, and nothing here is a credit score. Any future arrangement would involve a licensed partner and your explicit consent.
Bring your estate onto the platform
Send us your estate's details and we will reach out to whoever runs it.
