Delete your Dharri account
How to ask Dharri to delete the account you created in the Dharri resident app (“Dharri: Estate & Visitors” on Google Play). After a request, your account and its data are deleted within 30 days.
Request deletion in the app
- Open the Dharri app and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then Delete account.
- Read what is deleted, confirm that you understand deletion is permanent, and tap Request account deletion.
- If the app opens an email to [email protected], send it from the email address you sign in with.
Or request it by email
You don't need the app installed. Email [email protected] from the email address you use to sign in to Dharri, with the subject “Delete my Dharri account”. We act only on requests sent from the account's own address, so we know the request is yours.
If you can no longer use that address, say so in your email and we'll explain how to show that the account is yours.
What happens next
- We reply to confirm we have your request.
- Your account and its data are deleted within 30 days of your request.
- Once it's done you are signed out on every device and can no longer sign in. Deletion can't be undone: to use Dharri again, you would create a new account.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number and profile photo.
- Your password, your sign-in sessions on every device, and the device tokens used to send you notifications.
- Your link to your home and estate, and your residential profile.
- Visitor passes you created. Upcoming passes stop working at the gate.
- Your payment and bill history.
- Your notifications, what you have read, and your app settings.
All of it is deleted within 30 days of your request.
